Group Therapy

Groups meet weekly or every other week and are typically with the same group of people. The isolation many experience deteriorates when in group. A deeper level of awareness and honesty is often experienced, and dynamics that are experienced in other relationships often come up in the group process. We consider the group a laboratory to practice in real time what he or she would like to do in other relationships outside of the group room. Our groups range from a focus on tasks, process oriented, educational, and experiential.
